12 oz raw, unfiltered, dry mountain honey.

We only harvest our honey once a year and we don’t feed our bees through the summer. This allows for thicker, dry (naturally lower water content) honey with all the goodness mother nature intended. Most mass produced main stream honey bought in stores is thinned out to the max with water, sugar and corn syrup. Natural honey has 18% water or less. Mass produced honey can have up to 21% water and contains processed sugar do to over feeding. Our Utah honey averages a natural water content of 15% with nothing added. Just honey.
